That project you mention is very much appreciated, but I hope it will not
block translations or concurrent updates to the handbook. Maybe you can
raise a warning when revitalizing a specific section so we can choose to
wait on that one.

I have translated a number of minor articles. That's fine since I could get
my feet wet, but in all honesty, I don't think it was very useful. I doubt
Spanish readers go to our documentation portal looking for the "about BSD
license" article or the "building products" article. I bet most people look
for information that is in the handbook (installation, configuration, etc).
That makes the handbook, the document were we can make the biggest impact.
I'm sure we have statistics about this so I can be proved wrong.
