ZFS STF Test Suite

Hello Justin,

Yes, I have interesting, because currently I'm working in a project that
depend directly of ZFS as well as we need a good test suite.

I have machines as well as I can dedicate some hours of my night to help
uppstreamed the test suite into FreeBSD.
