XFCE DE Screen with terminal with no vertical shrinkage and no terminal text
clipped shortly after booting system

XFCE DE Screen with no vertical shrinkage shortly after booting system and no
clipping of text in the terminal session.

This is a reference example screenshot of how the XFCE DE terminal looks
shortly after booting the system since the "pkg upgrade" of 12 October 2019
14:58+000 UTC and has been since the FreeBSD install of mid July 2019 with no
DE shrinkage and no clipping of terminal session text as result of XFCE DE
shrinkage.

It is still unknown what conditions lead to the XFCE DE shrinkage  since the
"pkg upgrade" of 12 October 2019 14:58+000 UTC.
