Example of what I believe is reduced application window vertical scroll widget
due to XFCE DE shrinkage

This is an example of how I believe the XFCE DE vertical shrinkage impacts the
vertical scroll widget of an application.  An example of the what the same
application window vertical scroll widget looks like with no XFCE DE shrinkage
will follow when the system is rebooted and allow confirmation or denial of my
sense that the vertical scroll widget of application window is reduced.
