I got it working by putting "-Dh" into /boot.config.
Now, when running `xl list`, I get:
libxl: error: libxl.c:669:libxl_list_domain: getting domain info list:
Cannot allocate memory
libxl_list_domain failed.
Relevant output from `xl info`:

The output of `xl dmesg` is attached.
Xen is installed from ports (4.5), kernel is GENERIC in r281439.
