Dual video card notebook: no X11 at all

I applied the patch, but with or without it there is another problem...

/boot/loader.conf
acpi_ibm_load="YES"

kldstat shows that acpi_ibm.ko is loaded.

But sysctl -a doesn't print anything related to ibm.

Also I can't find acpi_call.ko in /boot/kernel
Do I have to put something like "device acpi_call" in my custom kernel
config file?
