I'm not seeing this, running:
FreeBSD g1-252.catwhisker.org 10.0-STABLE FreeBSD 10.0-STABLE #1170 r262922M/262925:1000704: Sat Mar 8 05:07:31 PST 2014 root at g1-252.catwhisker.org:/common/S3/obj/usr/src/sys/CANARY i386
I opened an xterm, started running vi; entered some text, changed
the size of the windo (first just vertically, then just horizontally,
then both), and the only "issue" I saw was that if I was in a
text-entry mode when the window changed, I saw a message:
Window resize interrupted text input mode
No looping....
Peace,
david
