If you are using CVS to track the -stable tree:
cd /usr/src/sys/dev/bce
cvs -q up -rRELENG_7 -D2008/11/01
If not, then the process would be a bit complicated. You need to
checkout from anoncvs, e.g.:
cvs -q -d anoncvs at anoncvs.freebsd.org:/home/ncvs login
cvs -q -d anoncvs at anoncvs.freebsd.org:/home/ncvs co -rRELENG_7
- -D2008/11/01 sys/dev/bce
cd sys/dev/bce
cp * /sys/dev/bce
