If those are the screws that screw into the sides of the hard drive, 
they are probably 6-32 thread. This is a bog-standard size here, but 
might be hard to find outside the US. If you have "stuff" lying around, 
the threads from any other hard drive mounting should fit; possibly 
other computer screws too. The rubber washers might be found at a 
hardware store.
