I have the same problem as rsmith at xs4all.nl but before I had math/cblas
installed and I didn't have any problem but the last update I cannot install
cblas again because:
Installing for cblas-1.0_12
===>  Checking if cblas is already installed
===>   Registering installation for cblas-1.0_12
Installing cblas-1.0_12...
pkg-static: cblas-1.0_12 conflicts with openblas-0.3.7,1 (installs files into
the same place).  Problematic file: /usr/local/include/cblas.h
*** Error code 70

Stop.
make[1]: stopped in /usr/ports/math/cblas
*** Error code 1
