Openoffice 1.9m96 builds

Hi Jack

Hrrmmz, you might be right, I had assumed I had the latest version as I
am using 5.4-STABLE and had only done a make build/install world
followed by a portupgrade last week.
Trying with the force optiion now, will let you know how I go.
