Hi Razvan!
My best guess is to check the names of the files that portinstall
tries to download and copy them onto a CD. They need to go to
/usr/ports/distfiles (with some few exceptions that require an
additional level of subdirectory but it's all explained in the
error message). Once the file is found, it will start the compilation
process.
Beware that you may need to comply with several dependencies before
you can complete the installation. So you may have to go back to your
office a few times... :-)
