Snoop TCP vs. Proxy

Hi there

I can not get if Snoop TCP changes the ip_src address of any packets travel 
through , or in other words does it proxy the wireless host , (or it is 
not).

if ( Snoop_TCP() == Proxy() ) {

}
else{

}
