Code with apache-2 on /usr/src

IANAL, and reading the Apache-2 license gives me a
headache.  The question is better address to FreeBSD
Core team or the FreeBSD Foundation.  My opinion 
doesn't count for muchi around here, but I do think 
the code would be allowed.
