Kirk fixed the problem in src r348329, so we can avoid updating the port, I
think.

I'm happy to have a PR for the general issue, but I think it should be a new
one.  Most instances of this failure are caused by something introducing
duplicate types, which is a problem in its own right regardless of CTF's limit
on the size of the type graph.
