Indeed lang/perl5.* ports default to DTRACE=on, so these will be effected for
the head package builders post base r348300

Even after the short-term ctf count 'regression' is resolved though (please
reference this PR), I'd like to this issue to remain open as a tracking
issuefor permanent resolution, "format revision" or similar per comment 22, or
whatever form that may take.
