I think actually, the introduction step should apply to all developers; given
that "developer" is distinct from "committer" in that a "developer" has a
freefall account.  I can't off the top of my head remember what kind of people
have "developer" accounts, other than staff such as dhw, given that we don't
have to have freefall accounts to be GNATS contributors any more.
