ezjail allow.raw_socket handbook wrong confing

Hi,
I think there is a misunderstanding about the issue here.

Is the problem with the mentioned section not with the "=1" which is no longer current?
I found this reference in the forums about it only working without the "=1": https://forums.freebsd.org/threads/54365/
