Announce for pre-patch ?

Hello,

is there a mailing list for the announe of new pre-patch ?
I alway learn that one is realesad as someone told in this new list
that with prex patch (and i have pre(x-1)) there is a ...
Or one day, i say, what's about looking at dialnet, and then i discover
a new pre...

Another question : has someone successfuly compiled 2.1.123 (I can even
patch it correctly) ?

Is there a mailing list for the announcement of new kernel ?
