Hello,

I've got a P2B-DS (with 2 procs) and i've tried aic7xxx driver version
5.1.0pre10 driver on a 2.0.35 linux kernel.

If no device are connected to scsi adapter, i get:

Sep 22 05:56:28 hal kernel: (scsi0) <Adaptec AIC-7890/1 Ultra2 SCSI host
adapter> found at PCI 6/0
Sep 22 05:56:28 hal kernel: (scsi0) Wide Channel, SCSI ID=0, 32/255 SCBs
Sep 22 05:56:28 hal kernel: (scsi0) Downloading sequencer code... 407
instructions downloaded

Sep 22 05:56:28 hal kernel: scsi0 : Adaptec AHA274x/284x/294x
(EISA/VLB/PCI-Fast SCSI) 5.1.0pre10/3.2.4
Sep 22 05:56:28 hal kernel: <Adaptec AIC-7890/1 Ultra2 SCSI host
adapter>

and kernel go on booting.

If i plug my scsi devices (all on a narrow scsi cable) i get a lot
of messages like:

(scsi0) BRKADRINT error(0x10)
   Data-path Ram Parity Error
(scsi0) SEQADDR=0x17d

(all this is copied by hand, so maybe not accurate)

and booting sequence doesn't go further.

Any idea ?
