aic7xxx driver 5.1.4 things are going worst than ever

You can always try disabling device initiated SDTR messages and see if
maybe there is a bug in the current driver in regards to handling that
situation.  I don't have any drives to test that code with in the current
driver and am not totally certain it does the right thing.
