            Bug ID: 268687
Summary: rtwn_usb fails after reset triggered when running ssh
           Product: Base System
           Version: CURRENT
          Hardware: amd64
                OS: Any
            Status: New
          Severity: Affects Only Me
          Priority: ---
         Component: wireless
          Assignee: wireless@FreeBSD.org
          Reporter: rkoberman@gmail.com

When running to a remote system with ssh, fairly quickly the interface resets.
In many cases, it never recovers. It restarts, associates with the AP, but
resets again during DHCP config. This repeats continuously. After a few
attempts, the interface does not even associate. This continues and
periodically associates without getting an address. Given enough time, it seems
to associate in most cases, though I have let it try for over 30 minutes on one
occasion.

I have no other available WiFi, so I can't rule out a hardware problem. Problem
first noted about a month ago.

No other network use causes this reset.

There was a reference to this same problem in a forum thread almost a year ago.
It is in the thread:
https://forums.freebsd.org/threads/cheap-wireless-usb-adapter-rtl8188eu-rtl8821au-or-something-else.78563/

This was off-topic and was not further discussed. I suppose that this may be a
hardware problem.
