I own an HP ENVY 5000 series printer.
It works with the IP-adress in printer.conf as

Info envy5032
Location heim
MakeModel HP Envy 5000 Series, hpcups 3.22.10
DeviceURI ipp://192.168.0.70:631

In my setup cups listens at 127.0.0.1:631.
The printer jobs are forwarded to ipp://192.168.0.70:631.
I have done the configuration using the web interface of cups.

Christoph
