I am neither an amator nor a commercial user , but having a PhD in Computing Sciences and working in front of the computer up to 2.00 to 3.00 during nights or mornings each day for mostly development of very complicated software . This means that trouble is not coming from "Open Source" but from "Management of Use of Open Source " . Over the years , without relentlessly I am mentioning this difficulty point .
