4) For me it took quite some time to figure out that a line from pkg-plist:

%%PERL5_MAN3%%/Test::Pod::Links.3.gz

after it goes into Makefile, should be transformed into line

${SITE_PERL}/man/man3/Test::Pod::Links.3.gz

as it refuses to work in Makefile otherwise. Was not able to find any hint
about this subtle change.
