Running Transmission on TrueNAS CORE in a 13.3p8 jail while the main OS is on
13.3p4 upgrading from 4.0.6_2 to 4.0.6_3 getting the error:

ld-elf.so.1: /lib/libcxxrt.so.1: version CXXABI_1.3.11 required by
/usr/local/bin/transmission-daemon not found

Searched around and I cannot figure out what package provides this or why it
didn't just update as a dependency. Any help would be appreciated.
