Seems that
[transmission-components](https://www.freshports.org/net-p2p/transmission-components/)
was updated to 4.0.6_3 with a simple api change.
I've the same problem running a jail version 13.1p9.
I've solved removing the package
$ pkg remove transmission-daemon transmission-web
and installing the old one from cache
$ cd /var/cache/pkg/ && pkg add transmission-daemon-4.0.6_2.pkg
transmission-web-4.0.6_2.pkg
