allow knot to be restarted via services -R

Hello,

when restarting knot3 via services command, I receive error:

# service -j dev2knot -R
/usr/sbin/service: ERROR: USAGE: load_rc_config_var name var


With attached patch (inspired by openvpn rc script), everything is working OK.
