I've attempted to update devel/py-icalendar. Please see bug #284810 for as far
as I got.

While attempting to bring the package up to v6.0.0 or beyond, `make` fails with
the following error message:

> ===>  Configuring for py311-icalendar-6.0.0
> Traceback (most recent call last):
>   File "<string>", line 1, in <module>
> FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: 'setup.py'
> *** Error code 1

Maybe someone with a better understanding of the python eco-system can figure
out how to resolve the above issue?

I did have a quick look in
https://github.com/collective/icalendar/blob/main/pyproject.toml, but no new
dependencies are listed there.
