I think mm@ may have some scripts.

I do it manually, it's mostly hg up -r <revision number> and rsync to
corresponding vendor/vendor-sys trees, then commit them together if
the changeset touches both parts.  When merging, we use
src/cddl/contrib/opensolaris and src/sys/cddl/contrib/opensolaris as
merge points.

I have proposed this but nobody responded, personally, I am for this
change.

The benefit of switching to github would be it's more up-to-date
(sometimes the Illumos hg could lag behind github a little bit), and
the downside of doing so is the version number is not quite linear.
It would be helpful to import one or a few sentinel change that
references to both hg and github revisions.
