Specifications for managing labels on sockets

A year or two ago, last time I really looked at all, there was a TSIX spec
on the web that defined a number of 'portable' interfaces for managing
labels on sockets for MAC.  However, since that time, they seem to have
disappeared.  Anyone have any idea where they went, or if the
copyright/license on them would permit me to stick them up on the
TrustedBSD site once I do find them?
