ACL-enabled cp(1) and mv(1)

For those of you who use the GNU fileutils with BSD (for whatever reason),
there are patches regarding this at the Linux ACL web server at
http://acl.bestbits.at/. I guess they should work out of the box.
I am not sure whether or not these are on track to be integrated into
fileutils proper.
