	Sorry for the delay on this -- had to find out myself.  The answer
is yes, they are.  The code for them, however is not out on 'oss' with the
rest of the security code as this part of the acl code hasn't had
engineering
resources to "scrub" the code to make it suitable (legally or otherwise) for
release.
