I remember about your problem, but so far you are the only who reported 
it. It may be specific to your system. I don't know how to fix it now. 
Some deeper experiments are needed to localize the cause. I would start 
commenting parts of attach/initialization process to find the situation 
when click disappear. That may give idea about source of click and what 
to do about it.
