No, not at this point for two reasons:
(1) most test for kernel survival and not a OK or ERROR though they
could be used for that as well.
(2) we do still lack a structured network testing framework
If they could be pulled into pho's stress testing it might be more
relevant but again, they are (mostly) not testing for individual
regressions but are supposed to "run until panic".
