Log:
  Create projects branch for vmxnet driver development
  
  This will be used to import a port of the OpenBSD if_vic vmxnet2
  driver, and for the eventual development of a vmxnet3 driver. The
  goal is to replace the existing the drivers provided in the VMware
  FreeBSD tools that are quite poor.
