Log:
  Document that force_depend() supports only /etc/rc.d scripts
  
  Currently, force_depend() from rc.subr(8) does not support depending on
  scripts outside of /etc/rc.d (like /usr/local/etc/rc.d). The /etc/rc.d path
  is hard-coded into force_depend().
