Log:
  Refine the advice for upgrading from 10.x
  
  Simplify the advice to highlight the 3.5 minimum requirement (and note
  that RELENG_10 has 3.4.1). The other issues I highlighted were just
  the tip of the iceberg and not as helpful as I thought.
