FWIW, this seems to be a pretty common bug across dozen of drivers.
bus_setup_intr() is not very likely to fail though.
For VirtIO, it is somewhat a moot point because the taskqueues are
about to be removed and replaced with ithreads as I should have done
in the beginning.
