  net-p2p/libtorrent-rasterbar: switch to ports GCC on powerpc64 elfv1 and base clang on elfv2
  
  Clang doesn't support elfv1:

      ld: error: /usr/src/lib/csu/common/ignore_init.c:136:(.text+0x32): relocation R_PPC64_TOC16_DS out of range: -32944 is not in [-32768, 32767]
      ld: error: /usr/src/lib/csu/common/ignore_init.c:139:(.text+0x5A): relocation R_PPC64_TOC16_DS out of range: -32936 is not in [-32768, 32767]
  
  So just use GCC on elfv1 and base Clang on elfv2.
