The do have 'pkg updating' however, so putting a message in
/usr/ports/UPDATING should in theory reach binary pkg users.  I don't
think that many people actually know about 'pkg updating' though...

Also poudriere reacts extremely badly to this sort of renaming if you're
building a named list of ports and you don't happen to catch the name
change.  ie.  it aborts the whole bulk build immediately, rather than
carrying on and trying to build whatever it can.
