I was tracking libsndfile change from USE_GNOME=pkgconfig to USES=pkgconfig, I was not expecting that much fallout only one or two ;)
Anyway for the next one I ll do it in one simgle commit.

If you anticipate quite a few ports to have similar changes, do you mind
