No, the commit that fixed this is r525125.
When you remove a flavor from a port, it is equivalent of removing a
port, you MUST check that all reverse dependencies (so, ports that
require the port you are changing) do not depend on the flavor you are
removing any more.
A bit like when you remove a port, you must check that any port that
depends on it does not depend on it any more, or remove those too.
