Please stop fiddling with EXTRACT_{CMD,ARGS}.
I have a plan of action which includes making UNZIP_CMD work on
DragonflyBSD, removing zip:infounzip, dealing with EXTRACT_* (in the more
distant perspective), etc.
Your changes are messing up my patches and adding unnecessary work to me.
