I would *strongly* encourage all FreeBSD developers to have WITH_PKGNG=devel
 in /etc/make.conf on at least one machine.  If you find any bugs, please report them, so that they can be fixed before most of our users see them.  The bugs that I found doing this were fixed during the alpha phase, very quickly after reporting them.

If you don't do this, then please be aware when you complain about bugs then at least some of the responsibility for them belongs to you.  No one can fix bugs that they don't know about.
