Just saying, I submitted a PR about this... 191273. Adds
BUILD_RUN_DEPENDS= and an ${opt}_BUILD_RUN_DEPENDS OPTIONS helper. I think it could change the world, except portmgr doesn’t acknowledge their PRs anymore :-)
