Log:
  Add David Chisnall (theraven) to the rank of ports committers, he is one of the
  people guilty of bringing a modern toolchain to FreeBSD, let's give him a chance
  to make the ports able to use that toolchain, he is also responsible for have
  made the GNUstep ports usable again.
