  Please welcome Bryan Drewery (bdrewery@) as a new port committer. He has been
  sending PRs for a while, has taken maintainership of portupgrade and make it
  revive, is one of the most active pkgng developer, and done lots of work/review
  on the ports infrastructure, it was about time for him to get punished.
