Hopefully we can get the PO system hooked up for the web build, and then

I think the language links are the entrance for people in non- Englisg
speaking countries. It is helpful for them get the information from the
official website.
Altough the translation progress of the "homepage" in zh_TW is not 100%, it
is not bad.

Please resume the language links which are in active translaltoin status.
