  Please welcome Mateusz Piotrowski (0mp) as a new
  documentation committer and the first
  doceng-secretary.  Mateusz has already done some
  good work in cleaning up, reviewing, and updating
  man pages.
  I will be mentoring him for the remaining doc parts.
